I kinda liked Tracy Chapman's song "Revolution" when it came out. Listening to it again recently, I still feel moved by the song and her awareness of the problems caused by poverty and the reason social change is needed so that no one suffers from it.
I also feel she writes clever lyrics and sings them to show her empathy and concern very effectively: Tracy Chapman - "Talkin 'Bout A Revolution"
