just wondering how many of you play an instrument here. I've been playing guitar for about 3 and a half years now, just spent $375 on a new amp, now I'm broke again :s

I play violin (both classical and fiddle), a norwegian varient of the violin called a hardingfele, a medieval instrument (played similarly to the violin) called a rebec, and the musical saw. Also a tiny bit of guitar and banjo.

meh, I played clarinet in Junior high, I was never really that into it. After I started guitar (about grade 8) I realized I was alot better at it, and it was alot more fun for me, so I pretty much just stopped practicing from then on. Didn't actually quit clarinet till before grade 10 though.
