Preservation Act 1 has some good stuff but 2 is pretty terrible, IMO (ranked last in my post a few days back).

Act 2 isn't bad as long as you don't treat it as a typical Kinks album. I've always listened to the Kinks and I can remember singing along to Lola when I was 7, but it was hearing He's Evil on Lost four years ago that prompted me to check them out beyond their greatest hits.
