No Lyre Of Orpheus eh. That is strange. It's much more chilled out than Abbatoir Blues overall, but still one of his best albums in its own right. Plus it has one of my favourite songs on it in the shape of this little beauty;

It definitely tops my list - mind you, the Kinks were bloody excellent so I wouldn't judge anyone for having a different fav amongst their string of stellar albums.

Wow, this song is fantastic. It reminds me a little of Springsteen for some reason.
