Default What Type of Music Relaxes You the Most?

What do you think is the most soothing relaxing type of music? I want to recommend some office music to my clients who are physicians, music that will be very soothing and relaxing to their patients. If you have a recommendation for a specific song, that would be great!

Since this is my first post, let me introduce myself. My name is Brandon, I live in North Carolina, and I love people. I'm a business consultant and I specialize in helping my clients (small business owners) get thousands of dollars in free advertising. It's great to be here and I can't wait to hear your feedback.

All the best,

Brandon

Well, I find drone and stoner doom pretty relaxing, but those probably wouldn't work well in the environment you're talking about. How about some Paco de Lucia?

Pat Metheny & Charlie Haden ~ Beyond The Missouri Sky(Short Stories) is a very relaxing album.

Hey thanks for your feedback. I have to be honest, I don't know much about the different types of music, so I have to Google everything you just described, including Paco de Lucia

Yeah I suck, I know. Thanks though!

John Fahey would probably do the trick if you want gentle instrumental folk guitar. Or if you wanted ambient landscapes, some Stars of the Lid.

Any of Chopin's pieces, especially the Nocturnes.
