That would be the UK band. The Canadian Subhumans from Vancouver are pretty well known too.

A lot of the standards but I'd probably go with,

1. Black Flag
2. Refused
3. Minor Threat
4. Dead Kennedys
5. The Germs or Husker Du depending on my mood.

I almost added Refused but I was trying to stick to 70s/80s.

I've actually given very minimal listens to either Subhumans but, from what I've heard they're not bad.
