I can see why they were considered THE band. Even though bands like Muse and The White Stripes were better, The Strokes had that cool Indie New Yorker thing going on, I wasn't really into music back then but on hindsight they could've been really good if it wasn't for 2 mediocre follow up albums.

Meh. It's forgettable. I have a feeling their 4th album will be the worst of the lot
