I would have to agree with basically all of these... except for Shadow of the Colossus, I'm not familiar with that soundtrack. And I would probably also mention Halo.

I'm not a big XBox supporter but you're right that is one epic soundtrack.

What's crazy is I actually have Shadow Of The Colossus for the PS2 and it was so engrossing throughout the game that I never even realized it had a soundtrack.
