I'm not very farmilar with them and although they do meet some of the characteristics of Folk Punk I wouldn't really call them that. I think its mostly about the attitude when ti comes to Folk Punk.

they've reformed for live gigs and one song in blur's case but apart from that they've all effectively been split up for a long time

pretty key but my point is if Roger hadn't left they could have carried on without Rick..afterall if they carried on without Roger...
