It's Raining Men is sung by women - it was only adopted by gays in gay discos, it was never planned to be a gay anthem

dancing queen is about a girl, i suppose it's played at gay discos as well

the bassey and gaynor song are more for drag queen parties, and are not really "gay" anthems

a gay anthem is something like YMCA by the Village People or We are the Champions by Queen
