I'm not sure I agree with any of those...but this one especially. His voice is different and not "good" by classical standards but this song is alllll Dylan and it could only be him with his lazy cigarette tinged voice singing this song. It just wouldn't be right with anyone else.

3) David Bowie

5) Bassnectar (this one came out of nowhere...all the sudden everyone around here listens to him)
