I think iTunes is the worse place you can buy music from, from the terrible software you need to use, to the stupid practices that have followed it around. It's good that they finally got rid of DRM etc but they still have a bit of your info in each file you download. Try not to lose your iPod because it's easy to open a track and get your email and a few other bits of data off their.
I dont really use any online mmp3 store much, but when I have it's been Amazon. It was ok, nothing special but nothing to moan about either.

(Okay, the "chickens" are really hypnotic, I've forgotten what I was going to post)
.... Oh, right. My Christmas and birthday presents often end up being Amazon certificates, so that's when I buy music. |

I like spotify. I even pay £!0 a mth. Until they hike the price up or I can't use it on my ipod i'm unlikely to run out of new things to find. Good VFM. It'll be even better when i get wifi and can play it through my speakers rather than having to go into a cafe and download stuff to listen to offline. The library is massive and has got loads of odd's n 'ends that I'm constantly suprised at finding on there. and no i don't work for them.
