Keep it coming 'cause I'm prepared to burn,
Keep running from me at every turn.

Brand New "Seventy Times 7"

"So is that what you call a getaway?
Tell me what you got away with
Cuz I've seen more spine in jellyfish
I've seen more guts in 11 year old kids
So have another drink and drive yourself home
I hope there's ice on all the roads
And you can think of me when you forget your seatbelt
And again when your head goes through the windshield"

Once again your eyes
Make it hard to say goodbye
So I'll just keep driving
Where you wanna go
It doesn't really matter
As long as you are here with me

The best verse I ever heard from a song... and entwined are possibly the rawest of emotions I ever felt... all while listening to this amazing piece:

"I won't need anymore memories
for the next 50 years i could still write you love songs
I wont need anymore photographs
to remember the color of the clothes you wore that night..."

They say the odds against me are crooked and impossible.
Like I was born with a hole in my heart as an obstacle.
Or left to die by the doctors in the children's hospital.
But I never lose hope, success is psychological.

I really like the lyrics to 'Tim. I Wish You Were Born a Girl' by Of Montreal. I've been digging Cherry Peel a whole lot this week.

Tim, wish you were born a girl,
So I could've been your boyfriend.
I know it's not possible now.
I just never met a girl I like half as much as you.

And we could lay around in bed, stay there all day,
Or at least until the afternoon
And I could make you spaghetti with tomato sauce
With just a touch of oregano and a parsley stem.

And then when you got sick,
I could take the day off work.
I could've made you chicken soup,
And we could watch soap operas
- oh, those TV dramas!
I could catch your cold
and you could take care of me.

If I could've met you at school, or met you at work,
It would have changed everything.
Those years of losing, confusion and insecurity,
They would have been shared,
they would have been easier.

Tim, wish you were born a girl,
So I could've been your fiancé.
I'm not saying you can't be all these things for me,
But it's just not the same because you're a man,
and so am I.

Kind of sappy but I like it.

Corniest line from a song:
"It's hard to be a man, but I do it all I can."

WHAT? =P

The song isn't bad in itself but that line was embarrassing

"A doctor sitting next to me
he asked me how I feel
Not sure I understand his questioning"- Dream Theater's Octovarium.

It might not rhyme, but it makes you wonder about what it means to feel... The true question is "what do you feel." the true meaning of "how do you feel" is what makes this lyric so mysterious (and awesome)
