Dude, you took that waaay too literal. KoRn claims Bungle as an influence too. I didn't mean Incubus tried to recreate everything Mr. Bungle did, but Trey Spruance is an undeniable influence on Nu Metal in general and that heavy thing that Incubus did on an album like S.C.I.E.N.C.E.. That's why I said a combination of RHCP/Bungle/Primus. Again the part of Bungle that I think they liked was the silly/playful approach that they had in studio. Like this song: Boyd's vocals just remind me of Patton in general so it would be easy to claim they liked both bands...
