Well I just dont feel the need to vote yes just because 13 others have. I mean christ, Hendrix isnt even inducted yet and Tom Waits is about to be? To me thats a joke. What about Robin Trower, Bevis Brond, Grateful Dead... There are so many ahead of Tom Waits.

As is said before, his music is good, but not Best Of worthy. And yes order is important, the best of a category should be nominated first in my opinion.

None of those people are ahead of Tom Waits for me in terms of how I feel about them, but what does the order in which the people are nominated matter? It's not as if the people you mention have been rejected. Their cases just haven't been reviewed yet.
