I liked the instrumental tracks from In The Aeroplane... but the rest of the album didn't do it for me. Mangum's voice alway seemed to ruin the atmosphere of the music for me. I vote no.

Aeroplane is a good album, but yeah, it's overrated.

Maybe I'm saying this because I listened to that album expecting it to be an earf*ck of unimaginable horror, as I am required to expect from anything with the Indie label on it, but yeah, it was a great album, maybe even the best album of 98.

But I never hear any reference to the bands other work, which is only one other album, as if it's not really that important, and I don't think this album is great enough to warrant these guys a place in the hall of fame.

I didn't vote at first, but after giving some consideration, I decided to vote "no." I've listened to In the Aeroplane a couple times, and I do not like it. And seeing as they only have one other album, they don't seem like Hall of Fame material to me.
