i'm ambiguous about the 'head. On the one hand, I and everyone I know grew up with their albums, and they are possibly the only really forward-thinking band of recent times on the last.fm top 10 (aren't they number one?)..

on the other hand, i get a knee-jerk reaction with them being so bloody popular and all i can bring myself to listen to is 'pablo honey', which is a my favourite 90's grungey-indie album.
Plus they're from Abingdon/Oxford-area which is the old home turf....
*remembers 'Go To Sleep'*

...gonna have to be a yes innit?

Pretentious ****heads who are getting known off of other bands' formulas. Anything after Pablo Honey pales in comparison. They're past their prime and to even call them the most talented band around is an insult to bands with artistic integrity.

Its a yes from me.

No, because I find them dreadfully boring and they're far too overrated (yes, I know sleepy jack adressed this, but still). Don't see what the hype is about.

They'll get entered anyways...

If you're posting in the music forums make sure to be thoughtful and expressive, if you're posting in the lounge ask yourself "is this something that adds to the conversation?" It's important to remember that a lot of people use each thread. You're probably not as funny or clever as you think, I know I'm not.

I've only listened to a few songs of them, so I'm not gonna vote. (I liked Creep, though.)

I think people who call them overrated never really took the time to listen to them.

Good to see most of the people voting no did it with a hipster attitude. It's a yes from me.
