I seriously hope they don't end up being the first to not actually get in. That would make me a saaaaaaad panda.

If you're gonna vote against them simply because you don't like them thats fine, but if you're gonna try and justify voting against them for another reason, well there shouldn't even be one. As I can't stress enough, the fact that they were incredibly influencial and innovative and that they're all incredibly talented musicians shouldn't even be up for debate.

A simple "I hate them" will do, just try not to rant about how The Sex Pistols saved rock music.

EDIT: And no Lester Bangs quotes for gods sake.

I said yes (THAT'S NOT PUNNY! nyucknyucknyuck). not that I care, but if I have to say yes or no in the subject than it would be of course they do, one of the original prog greats with some truly superb material under their belt, and their influence rolls down the line since then.
