I am abstaining from this one.... I know virtually nothing about the artist, his music, his legacy, etc... my input would be entirely vacuous...

A no from me, 400-ish albums of mediocre to ok music does not warrant a spot in a hall of fame. No doubt he will get in though as people like this tend to do over the big names.

Yes for sure. A man that doesn't rest on his laurels and pushes the boundaries for better or worse deserves a spot.
