Doubt it, it would have to be done by actually clicking through all the foreign name voters to see if they've stuck around.

most certainly. it's another matter whether the administrator has those features enabled (doubtful).

and just so people understand the gravity of this, the mark would be 9-14 votes with people that have more than 100 posts. not such a wide margin there.

Either way, I'm still very bitter about the voting system because I think Yes would have had a chance if it weren't for all the emo/hardcore scenester dumbasses who started an account, made 5 posts, voted "No" and never showed their f*cking face on this forum ever again.
