i will say that IDM is one of the most bollocks genres in existence, but i'll at least reserve judgment until i've heard some of their material.

PMs on the way...

Terribly sorry about that.

I'm a half yes so far. I only have Rhythm and Stealth but it's a brilliant album spanning lots of styles and influences. Got Leftism on the download now.

It's gotta be a yes. Not my genre at all, but it's great stuff.

I posted a vid here and there on these guys-nada, zip, nothing and now everyone is falling all over themselves to get in on it now FFS.

Anyhow there are not one of my favourite Electronic acts by far and I think bands like Prodigy, Orbital and Future Sound Of London were all a little earlier in the UK scene but Leftfield certainly coalesced a lot of those bands ideas into a cohesive whole. They gave Roots Manuva a leg up, revived interest in John Lydon (for better or worse) and celebrated the brilliance of Afrika Baambaata. I think they showed that you could still make artistically viable music in an oft ignored sub genre and for that they are in for me.

Noticed that a lot of people are voting no without saying why, which i'm assuming is a bit dodgy as they're not the most talked about act here. Sort it out peeps.

I'm not really into their music and I dont find them MBHF worthy considering most of the people here have never heard of them.
