Fuck you I won't buy what you sell me Cowell. The winners of the Xfactor have become atrocious. Leona Lewis, not a fan. But I'm sure she's a good singer if you're into that kind of stuff, Shayne Ward, again if you like that kind of thing, then fine. But some of the winners have been God awful, the first winner, whose name I can't even remember I think it was Steve. Then you have Leon Jackson who was scrapped from the label he was that bad. Can't remember any others.

I end up watching the auditions to laugh at them and then get raked into watching it and complaining about every single person's performance.

Stay here.

We're not always this cantankerous but sometimes they forget that for some people (esp. younger) the commercial outlets are the only ones. Don't be ashamed of trying to try and make it something other than slicked up synth crap, but over here, we don't even know what that stuff is.

As I say, hang here.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

Choosing a 17 year old song that's already sold millions and the continuing sales will carry on filling Sony's pockets.

You're missing the point. THis isn't about who gets the money, its about not having another bland and boring pop star shoved down our throats. Simon Cowell owns the rights to jeff buckley's hallelujah when that was christmas number 2 or 3 last year for the same reason. People bought it KNOWING that.

I'm not sure I understand what you're getting at because "Hallelujah" is a pretty good song and also wasn't written by Jeff Buckley.

"It's quite a cynical campaign geared at me"- Simon Cowell. You just don't get it do you? Idiot. However it's still the most ironic of protests I have ever come across.
