Met Arctic Monkeys backstage once. Only exchanged a few words, but a friend of mine who was interviewing them for a magazine said they weren't exactly the sharpest knives in the drawer.

I've never met him but one of my teachers is related to Thelonious Monk in some way (Niece I believe). I think that's pretty awesome.

^You know I think Andrew's bass teacher is somehow related to the Dead Kennedys... like their guitarist for a short period of time or summat.
