Ecstatic. This is possibly the most important Keys album in the wake of the mainstream success of A&R, and after the exposure from the Blakroc collab.
Oooh, this will be very interesting. I thought Attack & Release was their strongest to date, I hope they manage to gain more recognition without 'selling out'

I'll admit his departure has my a tad bit concerned but I am enough of a fan to check it out regardless.

Can't wait for the new No Age album. New Sigur Ros sounds like it will be good too.

Well, as Fleet Foxes, Moon Safari and D'Angelo all have releases slated for this year, I can't help but feel quite giddy about it all!

Was looking around a bit.

Groove Armada - Black Light on Mar 2nd should be cool.
Fatboy Slim and David Byrne (Talking Heads) have a collaboration called Here Lies Love coming out on Apr 6th which sounds interesting.

Also, I can't believe no one has mentioned NOW 33: That's What I Call Music, which will be taking the world by storm on Mar 23rd.

Yeah, that was my concern with the Blakroc project, that they might inch away from the music and more towards just gaining fans. A&R- initially loved it, then went on to dislike it, now I've grown to enjoy it quite a bit. Not too familiar with a lot of Mark Neill's production, but he and Dan did well on Auerbach's "Keep It Hid" solo effort... From what I've read, sounds like they're keeping the newer style of incorporating keyboards and other instruments on this album. Expands their sound from the basic guitar-drums. Definitely interesting, and I'm definitely STOKED!
