OMG! I was watching "seven ages of rock" on vh1 classic and...
they were going on about a band i had previously never heard of called "oasis" and there was some background music that sounded like the song "boulevard of broken dreams" by "green day" and then the song really starts and it's called "wonderwall" i immediately googled: wonderwall boulevard of broken dreams AND I FOUND OUT IT WAS A RIP OFF i had no idea green day stole that wonderful melody!
