Default best albums to sleep to..

Do you like to listen to music while you sleep? I sometimes listen to some ambient or somewhat subdued rock to lull me asleep.. Sometimes a familiar album can help put you in a comfortable state and help you get some zzz's..any suggestions?

My Audio Lunesta

Labradford - A Stable Reference

Aphex Twin - Selected Ambient Works V.2

Cowboy Junkies - The Trinity Sessions

My Bloody Valentine - Loveless

Mazzy Star - So Tonight That I Might See

I love listening to music while I sleep. I make a playlist every night before I go to bed. It ranges and varies but here are a few favorites recently:

.Clint Mansell - Moon OST
.Pelican - The Fire in Our Throats Will Beckon the Thaw
.The Pink Floyd - Meddle
.Charles Mingus - The Black Saint and the Sinner Lady
.Bohren and der Club of Gore - Black Earth
.Earth - The Bees Made Honey in the Lion's Skull
.Mogwai - Mr. Beast
.Mono - Hymn to The Immortal Wind

Ok, I could go on forever.

some good ones ! Pelican gets a little too intense for me..haha..Mono is great. They did an album with World's End Girlfriend that is definitely worth checking out.

Sigur Ros usually makes for a quick trip from the sandman...Also Ok Computer and Nirvana Unplugged...Pelican has some parts that increase the volume considerably..hehe..but I sometime listen to Tool while I sleep sooo...

Tool, yes. How did I forget?

Red Sparrows - Every Heart Shines Towards the Sun is a good one, but if you think Pelican is too heavy for sleep, maybe not. More instrumental rock. The into track grabs me instantly.
