Off the top of my head,

Cage's Hell's Winter

Apathy's Eastern Philosophy

Apathy has a great track called The Winter that I like to play when its cold.

"The trees look so wicked with no leaves in it,
got to run the car for like 15 minutes"

or some such.

"It's the season where Timbalands replace our sneakers"

CLICK THE LINKS!

Dream Letter by Tim Buckley is pretty good winter music. Though the song I linked is on the album, the video is a different version. Rejoicing in the Hands by Devandra Banhardt is a good 'burrow' album and anything where Chet Baker sings is a good depressing winter experience. For some reason posting the youtube videos is not working for me today which is why Ive linked them instead. It's probably because of the computer I'm using (not my usual).
