hmm, Fantomas' concept album on surgery without anesthetics is pretty damn scary if i may say so myself.

I'd say it has too many dry spots to really get the blood pumping. But when it climaxes, it can get intense.

Suicide's self-titled, just for the fact that it has Frankie Teardrop.
