its weird to explain. but snow patrols - open your eyes kind of describes a chapter in my life.
when my gran passed away. the lyrics are so true to me. except the part about self harming.

I want so much to open your eyes
'Cause I need you to look into mine
esp. those two verses. i cry everytime the song comes on, its pretty painfull to listen to it was pretty much the worst time of my life.

thanks, it's a shame the band didn't last for more than 3 albums though. then again most good canadian alt-rock acts from the 90s didn't put out more than 3 albums of material worth listening to hahaha

I cant upload a vid but a song that has described me is: the smiths (dont know the name of the song) The lyrics are:

I was happy in the haze of a drunken hour
but heaven knows im miserable know
I was lookin for a job and then I found a job
and heaven knows im miserable know etc

Oh and busta rhymes: been throught the storm.Minus the selling drugs and parents from jamaica.
Its pretty much for anyone whos parents have immigrated to the states and struggled.

When I am in a good mood, and I am looking at all the positives going on in my life, I more than definitely think Lucky Man by the Verve describes me... that's my glass is half full side coming out right there!
