Default Sell music sheets?

Hey, I just had a question.

I want to write sheet music for songs from games. A flaw Isee in the current offerings is that it is badly notated. So, I have a plan to offer music at professional quality and other special ideas which I won't disclose at the moment. My team and I are attempting to make this the largest, most comprehensive library on the Internet. However, in exchange for these special, unparalleled services, I will charge users for music. My question is: am I allowed to charge people for this music, or would I get sued? Please back up your replies with some actual literature, and thank you for your support!

How do you know that your notation is any better than what's out there?

From what I understand, all or most of this stuff is copyrighted. Have you obtained the copyrights to this music? If not, you are not allowed to reproduce and sell it, whether it's a CD or sheet music. It's probably even risky to sell it on the black market - you can't trust anybody.

Make it free online, get a ton of traffic and then put some ads to make some money.
