I have only listened to Peter Tosh, hes pretty good. And I have heard great things about Leonard Cohen & The Smiths. I dont know anything about the rest.

1. Lynyrd Skynyrd - What's Your Name?
2. The Animals - House Of The Rising Sun
3. Behind Blues Eyes - The Who
4. Bob Dylan - No Time To Think
5. Derek Trucks Band - I'd Rather Be Blind, Crippled & Crazy
6. Thin Lizzy - The Rocker
7. The Offspring - Feelings
8. Gov't Mule - Painted Silver Light
9. Peter Frampton - Show Me The Way [Live]
10. Foo Fighters - Monkey Wrench

Pretty solid roll. I gotta go with the underrated Dylan gem from "Street Legal" as my favorite. Though that Animals song is a close second.

Cor Scorpii - Endesong
Arisen Flame - Never Come Back (Oen Bearen's Springcoming Remix
The Robot - Spiegelsaal 20.007 (Primax Hardstyle Remix)
Anaal Nathrakh - The Lucifer Effect
Ferry Corsten - Feel You (Ashley Wallbridge Remix)

Got damn near everything covered in this one! No alternative though
Holy Cats, okay

I have only heard of Crossroads, so I can only assume that the rest of the playlist is house/electronica

House of the Rising Sun, Behind Blues Eyes, and Monkey Wrench are all really solid songs in my opinion. Aside from those I love Bob Dylan and can go for some Frampton once in a while.

Section 25 - Sakura
Cutting Pink With Knives -IDIC
The Blood Brothers - Doctor! Doctor!
Flight Of the Conchords - Rock the Party
HORSE the band - The Startling Secret of Super Saphire
Ghost Mice - The Moon Will Rise
Chad VanGaalen - Rolling Thunder
Devendra Banhart - Lazy Butterfly
Thrice - Digital Sea (Live)
High Places - Head Spins

Might as well pick the FOTC's one, it's pretty much their signature.

Here's mine:

1. Ivory - Free the Beast
2. The Beatles - All My Loving
3. Faith No More - Falling to Pieces
4. Nirvana - Sliver
5. Tomahawk - God Hates a Coward
6. Luca Turilli - The Age of Mystic Ice
7. Skazi - Hit N' Run
8. The Clash - Spanish Bombs
9. Verdi - Requiem Mass Dies Irae
10. Boy Kill Boy - Back Again

Really good shuffle :O There are at least 5 or 6 favorites in there. I'll go with The Beatles cause that one holds the most sentimental value to me.

I've heard of Flight on the Chonchords, HORSE the Band and Thrice. I haven't heard of the rest, haven't heard of anything by FOTC or HORSE, but I like Thrice. Any recommendations?

EDIT: Fogot to comment on the above list.

Well FOTC are a folk comedy duo. Check out the songs Business Time, Bret, You Got it Goin' On, Robots, Inner City Pressure, You Don't Have to Be a Prostitute, and Hiphopopotamus Vs. Rhymenocerous (Featuring Rhymenocerous And The Hiphopapoatumus) and see if it's your kind of thing. As for HORSE the Band, the Pizza EP is probably my favorite but for a full album I'd start with R. Borlax or The Mechanical Hand.

It's great from what I've heard. Classic Clash and Beatles, plus a great tune from Faith No More and Tomahawk.

New Order - Lonesome Tonight (From Substance 1987)
R.E.M. - Half a World Away (From Out of Time)
Broken Social Scene - Cause=Time (From You Forgot it In People)
F. Mendelssohn - Mendelssohn (Bartholdy) - Sympony No. 4 in A, Op 90.
Frank Zappa - Jewish Princess
Allen Ginsberg - Kaddish (Part 1) (From Howl and Other Poems)
OutKast - 13th Floor/Growing Old (From ATLiens)
X - Poor Girl (From Make the Music Go Bang!)
Boards of Canada - Sixtyen (From Music Has the Right To Children)
Mos Def - The Beggar (From the New Danger)

Good selection, I had to relisten to the R.E.M. song to remember it.

Elvis Costello - Pump It Up
RHCP - Stadium Arcadium
Matisyahu - Youth
Edwin Starr - War
Bob Dylan - Blonde On Blonde
Traveling Wilbury's - Rattled
Weezer - Automatic
Cat Stevens - (Remember The Days Of The) Old Schoolyard
Dar Williams - You Won't See Me
Eric Johnson - Cliffs of Dover

Interestingly, 3 title tracks in the first five songs. For my favorite I'll go with Elvis Costello since I named my youngest son after him.
