Pretty damn good shuffle up there. I truly despise Green day but that's the one blemish out of the stuff I am familiar with. 'Would?' is a truly fantastic song.

John Zorn - The Black Glove Part One (Hot) (Filmworks VI: 1996)
Queens of the Stone Age - Gonna Leave You (Songs For the Deaf)
Tomahawk - Harelip (Mit Gas)
Mount Eerie - Climb Over (Dawn)

Favorites are the Simon & Garfunkel, Primus, Queens and Miles Davis Quintet.
I'm not familiar with Albert Ayler or Gerogerigegege, but will definitely be checking them out.
EDIT: Holy ****, those two are definitely not for me. They have lots of energy, but gave me a massive headache.

Garbage - Not My Idea
Death - Destiny
The Flaming Lips - When Yer Twenty Two
Marcy Playground - Blood in Alphabet Soup
Primal Scream - Rocks
Brand New - Play Crack the Sky
Cranes - The Puppet
Sonic Youth - Total Trash
Tom Waits - Jesus Gonna Be Here
The Band - When I Paint the Masterpiece

Probably Kings of Leon, as for the others, I either don't like them or don't know them.

Helloween - Halloween (video edit)
Dio - Caught in the Middle
The Smiths - Well I Wonder
Accept - London Leatherboys
The Smiths - Suffer Little Children
The Smiths - This Charming Man
Black Sabbath - St. Vitus Dance
The Smiths - What Difference Does it Make?
Aerosmith - Cryin'
Judas Priest - Devil's Child (live)

Getting my iPod back tomorrow. Can't wait until these shuffles start being a LITTLE less ridiculous.

They really are getting ridiculous. But 'Suffer Little Children' and 'What Difference Does It Make?' are two of my favourites so I'll allow it.

Mano Negra - Patchuko Hop
Holy Ghost! - Hold On
Portishead - Sour Times
The Cure - Jumping Someone Else's Train
Brand New - Okay I Believe You, But My Tommy Gun Don't
Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds - Jubilee Street
Essential Logic - Barbie Be Happy
Black Flag - The Swinging Man
Maximum Joy - In The Air
Neil Young & Crazy Horse - Pocahontas

Can't even pick a track to bold because that is a bloody magnificent shuffle.

Dig everything I recognize. Don't know Mano Negra, Holy Ghost! or Maximum Joy.

The Mighty Mighty Bosstones - Kinder Words
Overkill - Mad Gone World
Russian Circles - Verses
New Model Army - High
Enslaved - Intro: Green Reflection
Pig Destroyer - White Lady
Carissa's Weird - Blessed Arms That Hold You Tight, Freezing Cold and Alone
Torche - Little Champion
Elend - Chaomphalos
Elliott Smith - Amity

This shuffle's all over the damn place. Mediocre mix, in my opinion.
