"Kind of Blue" is the best jazz album of all time, IMHO. I guess it's a little cliched to say, but whatever.

Nimmysnv, actually heard of most of these unlike many other lists. Gotta love standards like Smells Like Teen Spirit and Another Brick in the Wall. Also props for The Cure, Queen and Aerosmith. Elton John...not so much, ha ha.

Ok the list above is not my style, the Who are good, Pink Floyd are good, but that's all I like from the above list.

Most what's on your list I don't listen to with the exception of Andrew Bird.
1. Pink Floyd - "Vera" 2. The Misfits - "Last Caress" 3. Lovage -. "Stroker Ace" 4. The Misfits - "All Hell Breaks Loose" 5. Elliot Brood - "Acer Negundo" 6. Aesop Rock - "I'll Be OK" 7. Bjork - "Joga" 8. The Billy Cohbam/George Duke Band - "Do What Cha Wanna" 9. Pierre-Alain Volondat - "Fauré: Pelléas Et Mélisande - Sicilienne" 10. Dog Fashion Disco - "Desert Grave" What a mix. It was really hard for me to choose so I listened to all the songs, and though I haven't revisited this album in awhile, I think I'm going to go with Dog Fashion Disco - "Desert Grave". |
