Carte Blanche - decent electronica - (Gare Du Nord is a good one) Daft Punk - even better electronica - (Son of Flynn I've not heard. I have a few albums, but this song is not on any of them. What is it off of?) Eminem - good when I'm in the mood for him... Barely know anythign from that, ym music taste needs some serious obscurification. =P Recently heard some stuff from Aesop Rock though, seems awesome to me, I should get into it.
Here goes, +600 tracks with a lot of the same bands on it. -_- Soundgarden - Fresh Tendrils King Crimson - Three of a Perfect Pair Soundgarden (whoops I have a lot of that on my cellphone) - Holy Water Gotye - Eyes Wide Open Metallica - Through the Never The Flaming Lips - In the Morning of the Magicians MORRIGAN - Catharsis of History Radiohead - There There (The Boney King of Nowhere) Radiohead (lol 1/8 of my **** is Radiohead tbh) - Optimistic De La Soul - Connections At A Hi 5 (In The Eyes Of The Hoodlum) Ugh, I am ashamed of my myself. And the chocie of the fav is easy, everything from Kid A should be put into a golden frame and be put in a museum, it's a work of art. |

Love Kid A, but my favourite of that selection is There There, quite easily.
Love - The Daily Planet (Forever Changes) Elliott Smith - Independence Day (XO) Beck - Go it Alone (Guero) The Warlocks - Come Save Us (Surgery) Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti - Little Wig (Before Today) Munly & the Lupercalians - Scarewulf (Petr & the Wulf) The Decemberists - From My Own True Love (Picaresque) Deus - Supermarketsong (In a Bar, Under the Sea) Dr. Dog - The Ark (Fate) Fiona Apple - Sleep to Dream (Tidal) |

Again, my music taste needs to obscurify, I know a couple of tracks from Beck and I'm tempted to get into his music once, but other than that... I have no clues tbh. =P
Well, my rematch: Modest Mouse - Spitting Venom Metallica - The God That Failed Radiohead - The Tourist Cousteau - (Shades of) Ruinous Blue The Flaming Lips - A Spoonful Weighs a Ton Great Mountain Fire - If a Kid (ha! Finally something obscure, 'twas about time.) Coldplay - Clocks Soundgarden - Drawing Flies Kaiser Chiefs - Na na na na naa Because I can't choos between The Tourist, Drawing Flies and Spitting Venom. =P |

Pretty groovy. The singer has a unique voice. The band is super. They have a wide variety of genres influencing their disc. Check these out: Studio tracks definitely sound better than these, but they do have an intentional "lo-fi" sound on their record. |

OK then, time to rag on Troll again! Here's my next selection...
Canto alla vita --- Josh Groban featuring the Corrs, but then you can't have everything! (Josh Groban) Man, I love that guy's music!!! Nimrod --- Edward Elgar (The Nimrod variations) How can you not like this? While your lips are still red --- Nightwish (B-side, as it were, of "Amaranth") End title --- James Horner (Braveheart OST) is there a more emotional piece of music? Yes, but man this brings a lump to my throat! Tender memories --- Vangelis (Alexander OST) Haven't heard this before, but hey, it's Vangelis! Home --- Daughtry (Daughtry) Look, I thought it would be better than the usual X-Factor crap. I wasn't that far right though, but it's not too bad. The price you pay --- Savatage (Hall of the mountain king) Another I haven't heard before Mick Harvey Ed-Clayton Jones Doghead revisited --- Nick Cave (And the ass saw the angel) Epiphany, man, epiphany! I wish you peace --- Eagles (One of these nights) Great album! Plastic dreamer --- It Bites (Once around the world) Love this album. Just love it! Hard to choose a favourite, but for sheer emotional feeling Braveheart takes it.
