I absolutely hate 30 Seconds To Mars and Slipknot. I've heard of Bullet For My Valentine and Alexisonfire but haven't listened to them that much.

Rocket From The Crypt- Pushed
T. Rex- Chrome Sitar
Ghostface Killah- Apollo Kids
Silversun Pickups- Little Lover's So Polite
Hello- Shine On Silver Light
Slade- L.A. Jinx
Black Sabbath- Embryo
Joy Division- Dead Souls
The Smashing Pumpkins- We Only Come Out At Night
Beastie Boys- Bobo On The Corner

Good shuffle, played some great songs. I just saw Silversun Pickups live so I've been liking them a lot lately. "Little Lover's So Polite" is the winner.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

Hey -crosses arms- msg me some bands with certain songs and I'll tell you what I think.
I can promise you I'll give it a listen - not that I will like it or not.

haha I'm just teasing, I shouldn't judge other's tastes and whatnot. I think the best way to learn all kinds of great music and new bands is to just keep surfing around music banter. It's definitely broadened my horizons.

I have heard good things about Slade, I should check them out.
I also really like The Smashing Pumpkins and Black Sabbath.
The rest I have no clue about lol.

Little Feat - Walking All Night
The Toadies - Possum Kingdom
Crossing The Frame - Coheed & Cambria
Please Don't Talk About Murder While I'm Eatting - Ben Harper

You Took My Breath Away - The Traveling Wilburys
Cortez The Killer - Neil Young & Crazy Horse
Heart Shaped Box [Live] - Nirvana
Couldn't Stand The Weather - Stevie Ray Vaughan & Double Trouble
The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down - The Band
Black Dog - Led Zeppelin

That is not necessarily my favorite Ben Harper song, but he is great. And I would recommend him to anyone. He is very diverse.

I suggest you get some T. Rex. Fom what I can see from your list, you'd enjoy it.
And yes, I think you would enjoy Slade too. They had some good hard/glam rock songs.

Wilco - Via Chicago
The Cure - Boys Don't Cry
Bright Eyes - Lua
Girl Talk - Hands In the Air
Mew - Beach
T.I. - Dead and Gone (I'm embarrassed to have this)
Sufjan Stevens - Decatur
The Big Pink - Velvet
Japanese Motors - Single Fins & Safety Pins
Tom Petty - Listen to Her Heart

all in all an okay set, I guess.

Everyone seems to get to #4 without a problem, so to reiterate the OP:

5) Next person comments on your list to make it interactive and initiate banter/mocking of the above persons list. Comment on your favourite song from the list, simply state that you've never heard any of that junk or ridicule the fact that a 20+ male has a Britney Spears song on their iPod.

In lamens terms, that means: when you choose to post your 10-track shuffle, make sure to also comment on the last list posted by another user.
