I haven't heard of a lot of these, but those that I have heard of I'm not really a big fan. A ton of respect for Pink Floyd though.

^ Really need to check out some more Elliot Smith, the only disk I have is "From a Basement on a Hill" which is excellent, but I've never listened to more of his work. As for the rest of your list your taste seems to be more on the poppy side for my liking but not horrible.

Some good bands on there for sure! I've been really digging AJJ of late, so that one in particular stood out to me. Never heard of a few of those bands (Union of Uranus; Noosebomb; Plutocracy; Tycho) but the rest is top notch.
Elliott Smith - Coming Up Roses Land Lovers - The Cinema Bell Tiny Tim - Tiptoe Through the Tulips Radiohead - A Punchup at a Wedding Pedestrian - Bright Moments Lumerians - Atlanta Brook David Lynch - Noah's Ark The Dandy Warhols - Everyone Is Totally Insane The Mountain Goats - Peacocks Steelwing - The Running Man
