You've got some of the greatest tracks on that playlist, I'm surprised you chose Crush with Eyeliner ...
I would've chose Girl, breathtaking song.

Rocket - Smashing Pumpkins
Keep Talking - Pink Floyd
Three Cool Cats - The Beatles
Pigs on the Wing (Part Two)- Pink Floyd
Safe European Home - The Clash
Billy - James Blunt

Some good stuff like Beatles, REM, Queen and Stones (though I hate "Start Me Up"), and I agree with your top choice. But I don't like Springsteen or Dylan and overall it seems too mainstream/average for me. I like some of that stuff mixed in but it seems too much like a list you'd see Rolling Stone magazine put out.

Oceansize - New Pin
Tortoise - Gigantes
Explosions in the Sky - A Song for Our Fathers
Luke Vibert - Registrarse
Quest for Fire - Bison Eyes
Bygones - Ex-People
Waxwing - There Will Be a Reckoning
Coalesce - In My Wake, For My Own
New Radiant Storm King - 511 Little Nightmares
Omar Rodriguez-Lopez - Vipers i nteh Bosom

Glad to see another Arcade Fire fan!

I'll try it again:

Brand New - Guernica
Where's The Walrus - The Alan Parsons Project
Live - All Over You
Lostprohets - Last SummTer
William Ackerman - Gazos
The Polyphonic Spree - Section 11 (We Sound Amazed)
Andrew Bird - Cataracts
Metallica - Fade to Black
Echo Jet - Wave
Birdhouse Gourds - Just Around The Bend

Got quite a different list that time than the first one. My gut tells me to go with Echo Jet out of these just because they are very catchy.

Pretty sure this is the first list I've heard of all the artists! Big fan of The Pogues, New Order and R.E.M. specifically, so good to see them on the list. Never a bad time for back to back Byrne either. Good list. Assuming it was your good self who added me on last.fm too! Consider yourself a friend.

Sixtoo - Boxcutter Emporium Pt. 2
Phosphorescent - It's Not Supposed To Be That Way
Thom Yorke - The Clock
Ride - Time Of Her Time
The Band - Lonesome Suzie
Björk - Glora
Coldplay - Sparks
PJ Harvey - O Stella
Onra - Take A Ride
Animal Collective - Peacebone

I haven't heard of the first two or Onra and I don't listen to Coldplay or The Band but the rest I can dig. Peacebone is a great song and I'm getting some more Bjork albums as we speak.

Ramones - Take The Pain Away
Minutemen - No One
Talking Heads - Love For Sale
Sentridoh - Rise Below Slowly
Kary - Clotting
Black Moth Super Rainbow - The Sticky
Distortion Felix - Instant Phaser
Sebadoh - Pig
My Bloody Valentine - What You Want
The Erg! - Throttle Boy

Picked two

Time for the daily "not enough time for a full album before I leave work" shuffle.

Props for Sebadoh and Talking Heads, and respect for Ramones, Minutemen, Black Moth and MBV even though I don't listen to or care for them much. I've never heard of Sentridoh, Kary, Distortion Felix, or The Erg!.

Clear Light - She's Ready to Be Free
The Night Marchers - Closed for Inventory
Tool - Faaip De Oaid
Pekka Pohjola - Metsonpeliä
Gray Matter - Take It Back
Lite - Contra
Mike Patton - Chelios
Harmonic 313 - Battlestar (feat. Phat Kat & Elzhi)
Beirut - Scenic World
The Black Heart Procession - Gently Off the Edge

Several good ones but I gotta go with the Finnish jazz/rock/prog.
