Yes yes to Surfer Blood! Great tune.
Boards of Canada - 'Down Chorus' Fishbone - 'Death March' Kings of Leon - 'Spiral Staircase' 311 - 'Don't Stay Home' Gorillaz - 'Demon Days' Les Claypool's Frog Brigade - 'David Mackalaster' The Thermals - 'Back to the Sea' Titus Andronicus - 'No Future Part Two: The Day After No Future' Dispatch - 'Two Coins' The Mars Volta - 'El Ciervo Vulnerado' I have to admit to not listening to all of these songs before. It is a much more random spattering than my last shuffle, so my pick isn't necessarily one of my favorites... |

same, Aeroplane is definately a great song by them, regardless of when they made it.

fan of BoC, thermals, TA and TMA. The others are either ok or haven't heard of. As for my list let's see...
Off with their heads- the beijing ****tail Neutral milk hotel- holland, 1945 why?- simeon's dilemma deltron 3030- 3030 the germs- Richie dagger's crime slint- breadcrumb trail drake ft bun b & lil Wayne- uptown surfer blood- fast jabroni nofx- decom-poseur agalloch- falling snow about as good of an outcome as I could have asked for concidering the 5000+ on my iPod haha. Got some punk, indie-ish, some underground hiphop, a metal song and even a mainstream rap track. Pretty consistant with my overall taste in music, quite varied IMO |
