Default Place or Web Site that Sells CDs Cheap

I want to buy all the good CDs in my library as cheaply as possible. Amazon seems like a good place to go, but I was wondering if there was a better way. I know that flea markets are good to hit up. I think what I want is more of a website.

I don't really buy CDs online. I love the tedious process of flipping through albums upon albums to find the one I want.

The problem with that is that you have to have a good music store around your location. I don't know of any good music stores remotely near me. You just have all that stuff in the mall that will carry the more popular stuff, but not the obscure.

Bidding on ebay can get you some bargains if you're lucky. Normally good condition, i've only had one problem in the last 4 years or so.

I've grown mostly tired of digging for what I want at local record shops. I did it and loved it for many many years, but it's hardly fulfilling anymore. I buy a lot of stuff from Amazon Marketplace, Half.com, and Wherehouse.com (Secondspin.com is the same company - but Wherehouse allows you to keep a wishlist). You can also use dealoz.com and it'll pull up the best prices from various sources.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.

Yes, I hear that. I live in South Carolina. How do you think I feel?

I made an effort to seek out the good record stores around my area. Usually, I've got to drive at least an hour and half to get to a good one, but when I'm there, it's all so worth it. I go back and forth from about 5 different music shops ranging from Atlanta to Charlotte. Usually, the stores are good with ordering CDs for me, too.

Oh, and fuck the mall.

EDIT:
Hey, sidewinder - are there good record shops in the Seattle area? I'm moving there in a few months.

Default Soundgarden

The music store called Soundgarden. They sell used cds cheap and they dont sell bad used cds, all of their cds are great condition. I went in their one day and wanted to get Bleach by Nirvana and the price was for the new one was $13.00 and I got a perfect used one for $7.00. They also sell movies, t-shirts, vinyl, and video games.
