Yeah, but at least when Led Zeppelin took something they went out of their way to make their version sound competely different. But because people are generally complete retards, they get all the sh*t over plagiarism.

Jailbreak structurally sounds like Gloria all the way through. The riff and chorus are downright uncanny.

By comparison, Back in Black sounds very different from Shakin All Over.

I don't think the plagiarism was intentional. I know a lot of times if I write a song, I find out after the fact that I ripped off some other song. But it's all based in intuition, and if I consciously approached each song like "I'm going to rewrite the book" it isn't very enjoyable and it doesn't make the music more enjoyable to listen to.Most of the ramones songs ripped off 60's pop songs, but they were still awesome. Give me any band and I'll give you another bands song they ripped off.
