When I'm playing video games or on the computer. Its good background noise. I rarely just sit there and listen to music. In my car as well. I'm more than guilty to singing at the top of my lungs while I'm driving.

I listen to everyone's music here in the office including all the crap from some colleagues. I record the "Kink40" from a local alternative radio station over here in the Netherlands(Kink FM | The Alternative) to stay up-to-date with the alternative music scene and listen to it while working out in the gym. I still prefer buying CDs so I play those at home and also instantly put those on my MP3 player. I don't think there are many moments that I'm not listening to music.

I really enjoy a good set of headphones (put the ipod buds away for awhile) in a dark room, as comfortable as I can get. Even the heavy stuff comes through in different wavelengths and at a new and exciting depth when you close everything else out, letting your head numb all other senses and amplify the sense of sound.... |
