Yeah, just look through progarchives, there's some pretty awesome prog covers out there.
I love Roger Dean and Hipgnosis's covers. Mark Wilkinson has some good ones too. Gong, Hawkwind and Ozric Tentacles had some great illustrated covers to name a few, as well as some of the more obscure prog greats. Though admittingly there's some really bad prog album art too. Camel's debut album and Gentle Giant's Acquiring the Taste come to mind. And of course the legendary Love Beach from ELP. And Birth Control, I can't think of anything more mind numbingly awful than their album covers. |

I usto like blink 182 years and years and years ago. Never Liked JAson Mraz or ourney though. So myt worst is blink 182

Lol, I'm not a terribly big fan of it's overly complicated layout either but trust me it's the ultimate prog resource site, they have very informative profiles for well over 4000 bands and over 20,000 albums and most of them have free MP3 streams available.
It's the perfect site for checking out new and obscure prog. I do like that it's purple, if prog had a color, it would be purple. |
