My mum used to listen to Nirvana when she was cleaning the house, I was about 5 or so. I think she paved the beginnings of my music tastes. My dad is more of a cliche dad, he loves classic rock and 60s and 70s stuff. Not too bad at all.

My mom's boyfriend is getting her into all this crappy disco and stupid gospel-y R&B, and he told me how much he hated 60s style pop and the Beatles....

My dad listened to interpretive jazz.
