kayleigh - Is into house, trance, and all that electronic dance music so her tastes is top-notch when it comes to that.

Urban Hatemonger - His tastes varies, and I've honestly never heard of The Fall before, but I might check them out to see what the fuss is about, but he's into old school metal so he gets my approval.

Jackhammer - Also likes heavy metal, and is open-minded with music, just like I am.

Boo Boo - I have to admit, I don't exactly agree with his tastes in music, especially since one of his favorite bands are Nirvana. blah

Jansoon - For the most part, I agree with his tastes in music, yet again, he listens to just about everything.

Antonio - Loves old school metal and classic rock, so he gets my approval. =)

I think the person with the most mysterious taste in music to me is Freebase. I have no idea what areas his taste goes to. I know he likes IDM and Deftones, but other than that he could be totally into New Kids On the Block for all I know. What I do know is that every time he throws me a rec it ends up being really stellar music.

My well runs deep, but it is closed to the public!

Nah, I share the same taste as a lot of you but the stuff I'm really knowledgeable about and have an extensive history with is Electronic stuff that very little people on this forum listen to, or at least talk about that I'm aware of. I might attempt another member journal with all this stuff. I just rarely have the motivation.

Bulldog: Listens to everything under the sun so long as "under the sun" means "white people who began making music before around 1988"

Kayleigh only listened to Electronic Dance/ Techno when she first arrived....wait a god damn minute!

A few members on here are barely a step away from the top 40 singles chart yet profess to be open minded and unique. Yeah right.

This doesn't mean that you have to listen to every genre under the sun ( that's my job) but now and again tell me about a band that we HAVEN'T heard about for a change.

BTW. Kayleigh is not included here because I cannot find space in my heart to say a bad word about her at all.

^I'm a bitter electronica/(half) charts fan.

Myyy baaaad

My go, my go!

Jackhammer: Does actually seem to have such an interesting taste in music, but I find it hard to keep up with him because he doesn't post his last.fm (I stalk members tastes through that thread). Nevertheless he's one of the wiser members music wise (ha, see what I did?)

Urban Hatemonger: He's one of my favourites, yet he has never rammed any of his music down my throat. I know he likes the fall... generally has old skool taste in music? yes? no?

My last fm is not what it was due to work commitments these days but it has included some Dub, Post punk, Reggae, Physchedelia and the new superb Foals album as well as a quick listen to the new Faithless album
