Talking Heads are a very essential band and one of my favourites. Their first 7 albums are absolutely essential it's hard to faulter any of them. David Byrne is one of my favourite people in music, his colaberation of Brian Eno is equally impressive as anything from the Talking Heads discography.

Everything I've bought since The Name of this Band is Talking Heads has been dissapointing. I'll usually buy it to hear the studio version of one of my favorites off the live disc, and they won't sound as good. Too glossy and what not.
