Default Best way to get music these days..

I figure you guys are in the know.. seems like there is a flaw with every means of acquiring music these days. I used to buy CDs, then I switched to Ruckus which was a cheap way to download full albums, since that has closed I'm not sure what to go with. Itunes has DRM protection and charges .99 per song, as does Amazon. At $10 I might as well go back to CDs. There are some smaller websites hosted in Eastern Europe that charge about $1 per album, but I question their legality. So I guess it's either go back to CDs or start only downloading an artist's radio singles like oh so many people already do. Anyone have any good ideas?
