I can't believe HIM is not on that list. I love the music, but wow, heartbreak every moment. o.o

Some of the bands up there are pretty cool/good, but I don't listen to any of them because I am depressed or wanna be depressed, ya hear?I listen to them because they have an energy that makes you feel alive!!! Nirvana, A.I.C., Tool, Neil Young, etc...are all great bands/artists that do that, I.M.O. I like to kick some ass and rock n roll, not get depressed and sell my soul!!! Catch my drift? |

Soundgarden are probably the most depressing I know. Listen to 4th of July.

I wouldn't say Coldplay are depressing-they don't write depressing songs, it's mainly Chris Martin's voice that makes them sound gloomy. I can't believe they are in second place in the poll. I would say Classical Composer's. I can never listen to them, they really put you down in the dumps.

Depressing, as in depressingly bad? Uh, I thought not. Joy Division is up there for me, as The Smiths, and maybe Radiohead, I don't find the others exceedingly depressing.

I wanted to tear my teeth out. I didn't know what I wanted to do. And I want to remember it. I never want to forget it. I never want to forget. And then I realized... like I was shot... like I was shot with a diamond... a diamond bullet right through my forehead. And I thought: My God... the genius of that. |
