while i do like death cab, its pretty depressing. I never find myself in a particularly good mood when i am listening to them.

Alice In Chains... Althought they are brilliant musicians, Layne had his demons and he wrote about them. Down in a Hole is the one song I ALWAYS listen to when I am down and out.

Seriously? I think how the song sounds is depressed I guess, but the lyrics are full of hope and not sad at all. Something off fevers or some of the songs off his early EPs are way more depressing
