I wouldn't say Coldplay are depressing-they don't write depressing songs, it's mainly Chris Martin's voice that makes them sound gloomy. I can't believe they are in second place in the poll. I would say Classical Composer's. I can never listen to them, they really put you down in the dumps.

The Blower's Daughter is pretty depressing, I think its by Damien Rice. Also that song from Titanic.
