IWP there is soo much music out there, your not a bad person for not like Hip-Hop, and don't even worry about missing out. Why worry about hearing a loop of a song over and over, when you can hear the whole song?
I don't have to worry about missing out on Rap, because I can hear it from a pimped out car with a 1000 watt amp a 1/2 mile away. |

idk, I'm kinda split between the people who listen to the mainstream rap and probably only like it, because it's popular (about 50% of my friends) and those on internet forums who will criticize me for being too close minded for not liking hip hop/rap, and say that I should listen to the less popular rap artists, though I've already listened to a few songs from Aesop Rock (one of those "alternative rappers" who seem to be very popular on the internet) and I honestly did not like anything I've heard by him. I don't know if it's the lyrics you have to pay attention to when listening to rap or whatever, but I just cannot get into rap at all. However, the Beastie Boys are an exception if they count since they have a few songs that I dig.
So electronic dance music means nothing to you I guess. |
